Below Are The Detail services on What You Will Get for company secretary fees
1. Company Secretary Appointment
Every company limited by shares & guarantee must appoint at least 1 person as company secretary. This is the main purpose paying the Company Secretary Fees to us which is to comply with this requirement under Companies Act.
- Not include any work that come afterwards that need to be done by him/her as company secretary registered in your company
2. Register Address Rental Fees
Every company will have 2 address. Business and registered. Business address is where you doing business at (ie. your office or shop). Registered address used for Companies Act 2016 compliance purpose which is our office address as your company secretary.
- You are strictly not allowed to use this registered address as your business address
3. Safekeeping the Co. Minute & Register Book
As your company secretary, we will maintain the safekeeping of your minutes & register books and it will be open to be inspected by your company members during specified business hours.
- Not include any changes or update that need to be made to these books after company incorporation complete
4. Maintaining the Co. Beneficiary Ownership Record
As your company secretary, we will maintain the company beneficiary ownership record which gathered at the point of company registration process or whenever there is an update to it.
- Not include beneficiary ownership notice preparation & submition to BO or record submition to SSM
5. Maintaining the Co. Compulsory Record Under AMLA
As your company secretary, we will maintain the compulsary record under Anti Money Laundering Act (AMLA) or even in Companies Act 2016 as well, after doing due deligence through Know Your Client (KYC) task for each of our clients.
- Not include any changes that need to be made or new additional clients to this records
6. Receive & Response Notice or Letters from SSM
As our office address will be your company registered address which its main purposed is to received any correspondence letter from SSM from time to time, we will receive those letter and take subsequent action as to whether inform, advise or reply SSM accordingly.
- Not include any action that need to be taken on behalf of you or your company as instructed in that letter
7. Co.Secretary or His/her Representative Present at Registered Office
We through the company secretary or his/her representative will be available during specified time at your company registered address to facilitate the visit to access your company register and minute books
- Not include any request other than to access the books during that visit
8. Yearly Reminder
As your company secretary, we will ensure your compliance of yearly requirement under s.248 & 259 Companies Act 2016 by sending you reminder every year through phone call, email and whatsapp message
- Not include any preparation and submition of those yearly returns.
9. Manage Use of the Co. Comman Seal (if any)
Having comman seal is an optional. If your company opt to have this, we will facilitate its use according to your company instruction. It will be safekeep at our office or any place where you see fit.
- Not include price to purchase it and entertain whoever want to use it

- For Company Secretary Fees Payment Which is Not Inadvance or by Monthly Will Be Charge According to Normal Rate.
- Company Secretary Payment Fees Paid Are Strictly Non Refundable.
- We Are Not Involved in Your Day to Day Internal Business Matters.
- We Will Not Sign Any Documents By The Third Parties In Regards Internal Business Matters.
- Our Obligations Only Advise Matters Concern Companies Act 2016 With SSM.
- For Matters Concern Companies Act 2016 With SSM That Need Action Taken, There is Separate Fees Incurred.
- We Are Not Oblige to Advise Nor to Involve In Any Other Matters Which Is Not Concern to Companies Act 2016 With SSM.
- We Will Reserved The Rights To Resign At Any Time When There is Non-Compliance of s.248 & 259 CA 2016.
- When There is Non-Compliance of s.248 & 259 above, Company Secretary Fees Paid Are Non Refundable As Well.
