Package price mentioned above is only for Malaysian director & shareholder without corporate member. For foreigner and corporate member, there is additional fees incurred.
For the arrears related to compliance with the Companies Act 2016 above, the amount for the act’s compliance services will be known after we review your company’s compliance status with Co. Act 2016 and it must be paid in full as the total price of this service package before the appointment process begins.

Q. 1 : My current Company Secretary has resigned. Can I appoint MSIB as the replacement Company Secretary?
A.1 : Yes. You only need to provide us with your company’s current compliance status under the Companies Act 2016 for our review. If there are any outstanding compliance issues, we will advise on the necessary steps to resolve them before our appointment.
Q. 2 : My current Company Secretary can no longer be contacted. Can I appoint MSIB as the replacement?
A.2 : Yes. Provide us with your complete company documents, the contact details of your current Company Secretary and your company’s current compliance status under the Companies Act 2016 for our review. If there are any outstanding issues, we will advise on the necessary steps before our appointment.
Q. 3 : Does the monthly Company Secretary fees include all SSM filings and corporate changes?
A.3 : No. The monthly Company Secretary fees covers the ongoing appointment and relevant secretarial support. For detail services for company secretary fees you may click here. Separate fees may apply for specific corporate exercises, filings or additional services.
Q. 4 : Does MSIB provide services online only, or do you also have a physical office?
A.4 : We provide both online services and in-person support at our office in Bandar Tasik Selatan, Kuala Lumpur, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. You may choose whichever method is more convenient for you.
